Collection AI is a SaaS platform that allows users to train the platform with items from their collections. Users can use pictures to check if an item is in their collection and access associated data.

Users are allowed to:

• Train the platform with new items to add them to their collection.
• Use pictures to check if an item is in their collection.
• Paid users can upload pictures of items, upload unlimited items, and create more than one collection.
• Paid users can create a public collection URL to share their collection with others.

Free users:

• Can add up to 5 items in the collection.
• Can create only one collection.
• The free user account is intended for testing purposes.

All content on the website is created by the users of the platform. Only data about the collection will be saved; users' personal information, except for the information needed for logging in, will not be stored.

The payment of $9.99 for early adopters is considered a contribution to support the idea and will not be refunded. Future subscription plans may have a refund policy applicable to them. Details of the refund policy for subscription plans will be provided when subscription plans are introduced.

Only data about the collection will be saved; users' personal information, except for the information needed for logging in, will not be stored.

Access to the website or services may be terminated if users engage in illegal or unauthorized activities.

Accuracy of Information: While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided on Collection AI, we cannot guarantee its completeness or suitability for any particular purpose. Users acknowledge that the information on the platform is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decision-making.

Users understand and agree that the success of their collections or the accuracy of the platform's recognition capabilities may vary based on factors beyond our control, including but not limited to the quality of images provided by users and the uniqueness of items in their collections.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Collection AI or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of Collection AI, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Users agree that Collection AI's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Collection AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with their use of the platform or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
